"Had been with Allstate for over six years and was extremely happy with the company. Over the last two to three years they began raising my rates at each six month renewal, in spite of the fact that I had never filed a claim against them or even had a ticket. My first choice had been to return to State Farm but wss informed by a different State Farm office that they couldn't insure my manufactured home because it's over 25 years old. Being a retired USAF veteran I reached out to USAA and made arrangements to insure both house and home, saving nearly $100 a month. I was happy with that, even though the home owners insurance was weak. Ray from Chris' office reached out to me and informed me that State Farm could actually insure my home. I informed him that I had already made arrangements for insurance but wss willing to hear him out. His perseverance led me to change my mind and sigh with State Farm. The result was that insuring with State Farm saved me about $85 a month vs Allstate and provided a substantial protection upgrade vs the home owner's policy thru USAA. Most of all, unlike USAA, I have a local agent who I can meet with one on one if I have an issue. If not for his continued persistence I would not have signed with State Farm. Ray stuck with me, sought out answers to all my questions and provided insight to areas I was unaware of and showed a willingness to find answers to questions he couldn't answering instead of trying to gaslight me. Anyone who is dissatisfied with their current insurance should definitely consider speaking with Ray."

Well we then looked at bundling with home owners insurance too and Trent got me a lower rate for both.
